Derby v Arsenal Preview
The Author
Hey, my name is Liam, and I first published 'Derby v Arsenal Preview' on 28th April, 2008, within the English Premier League section.
Already relegated Derby County look set to continue their horrible losing streak in the Premier League as they take on Arsenal on Monday night. They look set to make a new record of the lowest number of points for a Premier League team.
Derby were on the losing end last week as they went down 2-1 to West Ham and manager Paul Jewell has already started his plans for building a sqaud for The Championship next season.
Arsenal on the other hand are still going strong as they look to keep hold of third place in the Premier League ahead of Liverpool. They are four points clear of Liverpool with Arsenal having three games remaining.
Arsenal turned Reading over last week as they won the game 2-0 and played some sublime football. Arsene Wenger will be hoping his side can do the business tonight and although a win is what he will want, he will also look at trying to score a few goals tonight to increase his side’s goal difference.
