Hey, my name is Liam, and I first published 'Bolton v Liverpool' on 2nd March, 2008, within the English Premier League section.
At half time 1 goal seperated Liverpool and Bolton. Liverpool had a 1-0 lead going into the second half thanks to an own goal by Bolton goalkeeper Jussi Jaaskelainen. Apart from that the game has been rather quiet. We’ll see how the second half fares but this is far from a classic.
Ryan Babel extends Liverpool’s lead after 59 minutes. Steven Gerrard has a shot that hits the post and Ryan Babel follows up to score from the rebound.
Fabio Aurelio adds a third for Liverpool, as he hits a great left footed volley from the edge of the area.
Bolton pull one back to make it 3-1 at The Reebok. Tamir Cohen heads home Matt Taylors corner from the edge of the six yard box. The goal can only be described as a consolation one.
