Premier League side Birmingham City must beat Liverpool on Saturday to keep their hopes of staying up alive.
Birmingham have been on a poor run of results of late and they have slipped down the table from a safe position into the battle to avoid the drop to the Championship. They were beaten 5-1 in their last match by rivals Aston Villa.
Birmingham manager Alex McLeish will be hoping that Rafa Benitez will have the Champions League on his mind and put out a weak side, but McLeish knows his players still have to perform.
Liverpool won their last Premier League match 2-0 against another relegation threatened team, Fulham.
Birmingham have not been beaten by Liverpool since 2004 and have won two and drawn three between their last defeat at the hands of The Red’s.

Upset on the cards i guess. To make the league interesting Birmingham will get something out from this game to give Everton some breathing space. Just a wild guess!
Would have been an upset if Birmingham could defend. Throwing a 2-0 lead away is criminal in the Premier League.
